How it works
Set up once. Then every lead gets a call.
What happens from the day you sign to the day your first lead is booked, and which parts founding licensees get now versus later.
1 · Set-up
Answer a few questions. We do the rest with you.
Founding licensees are set up with our team on a call. Self-serve set-up in a portal follows, asking the same questions step by step.
Where and who
Your country and industry. They decide the calling rules and the starting script.
What the calls are for
The main objective, the side objectives, and what counts as a good outcome.
When
Call windows inside the legal hours, and how often not-ready leads are followed up.
Connections
Your CRM, your team's calendars, the documents worth sending, the pre-call text.
2 · The call
A conversation, not a recording.
The agent listens, answers, and follows up on what it hears. It knows what was said on earlier calls. It can look something up or book a time while the person is still on the line.
A text first
The lead knows the call is coming.
The opening line
Your assistant, an AI, and a recording notice. Decline means no recording.
Discovery
Where the person is, what changed, what is holding them back.
The outcome
A booking, a callback time, a document sent, or a polite goodbye and an opt-out honoured.
3 · After the call
Everything the call learned, where your team works.
In the calendar
Bookings land in the right person's calendar with the reason for the meeting.
In the CRM
The outcome, a summary, and the triggers and events worth following up.
In the schedule
Not ready yet? The follow-up call is booked for when they said to call back.
4 · The dashboard
See every call. Listen to any of them.
Call performance, recordings, transcripts, outcomes and conversion rates, per campaign. Owners and managers see the whole account and assign leads; staff assign the agent to their own clients and see how it went.
Founding build. The dashboard is being built now, with founding licensees shaping it. Until it is ready, results come to you as call summaries and in your CRM. We will not bill a monthly fee before your dashboard and service are delivered.
Under the hood
An engine we own, not a stack of rented parts.
The phone line, the listening, the thinking and the voice run on one engine that Victor Delta Kilo builds and operates. That is why the rules are enforced in code, why your data does not depend on someone else's retention policy, and why the agent can be licensed at all.
Where it stands, honestly. The Finance Family's calls run today on an earlier voice stack. Kallvara's own engine is being built to replace it; its listening, thinking and voice already work together in browser tests, and phone calls come next. The Finance Family moves first, and only once real calls on the new engine score at least as well as the old ones. Founding licensees start on the new engine.
Walk through it with your own leads in mind.
Bring a typical lead and a typical follow-up problem. We will show you what the agent would do.
