This notice covers the Kallvara website and its demo form only. How client calls are handled is set out in each licence.
Who we are
Kallvara is a brand of Victor Delta Kilo. "We" in this notice means Victor Delta Kilo.
What we collect
When you book a demo we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, optional phone number, company, industry, team size, what you are interested in, and anything you add in the message box. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, any of your clients' details.
The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no tracking scripts.
Why we collect it
To contact you about your demo and about Kallvara. We do not sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to our team by email. We delete a demo request you ask us to delete.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by replying to any email we send you.
